Moving, From Both Sides
I understand moving from both sides of the experience. After personally moving 13 times, across multiple states and internationally, I know that buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction. It is often a major life transition.
Before becoming a Real Estate Advisor, I spent 15 years in client advisory and sales roles. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, solve problems, and guide people through important decisions.
I have called Oro Valley home for more than 10 years and have developed deep roots throughout the Tucson area. My connection to the community has included serving two years as President of the Family Faculty Organization (FFO) at Catalina Foothills High School. These longstanding ties have given me a genuine familiarity with Oro Valley, Tucson, the Catalina Foothills, and surrounding Southern Arizona communities.
My approach is knowledgeable without being overly formal, and professional without becoming impersonal. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and to know you have someone hardworking, approachable, straightforward, and trustworthy in your corner.
Whether you are buying, selling, relocating, building new, purchasing land, moving into a luxury property, downsizing,
or simply considering your next step, my role is to help you understand the available options and move forward with confidence.
Real estate should feel personal. I want you to know the person guiding you, not simply see another generic REALTOR® website. My own relocation experiences, local knowledge, personality, and even my dog are meaningful parts of the Key In The Desert story.
If your next move takes you outside Southern Arizona, I can connect you with a trusted real-estate professional elsewhere in the United States or internationally and help facilitate that relationship.
When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy staying involved in the community-including teaching kids pickleball through local after-school programs. You may also spot me out walking my dog, Purdy, around Oro Valley! I love being part of the community I call home and finding ways to connect with the people who make it so special.

Purdy's Story
Purdy has quite a story.
She escaped from a puppy mill in Missouri and was found by a police officer on the side of the interstate. The officer picked her up and took her to a local kill shelter.
Thankfully, a rescue group from Illinois went to the shelter and saved 17 dogs that day. Purdy was one of them.
During her escape, Purdy had broken her paw. The rescue took care of her, fixed her paw, and then I saw her picture.
She was ALL ears, absolutely adorable, and good with kids. I knew she belonged with us.
Purdy joined our family in Wisconsin and eventually made her way across the country with us to Arizona.
An American Foxhound’s lifespan is under 10 years, and I’ve been blessed to have Purdy for almost two lifespans.
But that isn’t the only time she has beaten the odds.
A few years ago, Purdy developed cancer in her mouth. We were told she might have only six weeks to live. One option was to remove part of her lower jaw, but I couldn’t imagine putting her through such a major procedure and then having to feed her with a syringe.
I decided not to put her through it. Instead, we would love her, keep her comfortable, and hope for the best.
That was three years ago.
And Purdy is still here. ❤️
She has survived a puppy mill, being found along an interstate, a broken paw, a kill shelter, moves across the country, and cancer.
Through all of it, she has remained the sweetest, happiest dog and has brought more joy to our family than I could ever put into words.
If you live in Oro Valley, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve seen Purdy and me out walking together over the years.
She’s more than my dog.
She’s part of our family, part of my story, and a pretty wonderful reminder that sometimes the ones who have been through the most have the most love to give.
